Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. As of November 30th, 2021, all approved refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL discounted and SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please review our sizing charts before purchasing, we DO NOT offer size exchanges.
Shipping Delays
NOTE: Shop MPowered is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Furthermore, we cannot control shipping delays caused by 3rd party services (USPS and UPS). Due to worker shortages and other unforeseen circumstances caused by the pandemic, you may experience delays receiving your order. We encourage customers to select "Standard Shipping" to insure packages that may be lost, stolen or damaged. NOTE: ECONOMY SHIPPING does not include coverage in the event your package is lost, stolen or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided with a store credit in the amount equal to your original purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mariamore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
